The DSAT Tech Deep Level 1 Course is aimed at those divers with a clear interest in Technical Diving, but who lack the prerequisite experience to fully enter Technical Diving.The course qualifies you to make gas switches, extended no decompression dives to 40 m using air and Enriched Air Nitrox up to 60% using technical diving equipment and procedures.

What will I do?

You'll learn to make gas switch, extended no-decompression dives using air and enriched air to 40 metres/130 feet. You'll also prepare for and respond to foreseeable technical diving emergencies. Since it's part of the Tec Deep Diver course, you DSAT Tech Deep Level 1 course training credits toward the DSAT Tec Deep Diver course.

Entry Requirements:

• Certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalent.

• Certified as a PADI Enriched Air Diver or equivalent.

• Certified as a PADI Deep Diver or equivalent.

• Minimum of 50 logged dives, of which at least 10 are Enriched Air Nitrox dives,12 deeper than 18 m and 6 deeper than 30m.

• A Medical signed by a physician within the last 12 months.

Minimum Age: 18 years

Duration: 5 days including theory and 7 training dives.
